Our traditional Western Pennsylvania rye whiskey is made with local rye grown in the Monongahela valley. We carefully craft a high-rye mash bill consisting of un-malted rye, malted rye, yellow corn and an addition of a chocolate malted barley. The result is a surprisingly smooth and sweet finish for a traditionally spicy whiskey. Aged for at least 3 months in our small batch barrels.

It is the spirit of liberty that has driven the farmers, miners and steel workers of Western Pennsylvania; from the Whiskey Rebellion to the Homestead Strike to risk their lives and fortunes fighting for justice. Aged for at least 1 year in small batch barrels.

Our Blue Dog Corn Whiskey is made from triple distilled Hopi blue corn. Using only the flavorful tails from our small batch runs, this unique corn makes sweeter and nuttier moonshine than other grains. Refined in the small stills of our artisan shop and hand bottled, we bring this to you from the rolling hills and sweet waters of the Allegheny Highlands.

Our most prominent founding father could never tell a lie, and neither can we. This stuff is delicious. Distilled from select white corn and rested in American oak barrels, our small batch whiskey is then flavored with premium dried cherries for a sweet and flavorful finish. Disobedient Spirits has restored an old tradition of alternate wood maturation. The contents of this bottle were matured with the bark of the shagbark hickory tree. Long used to smoke meat and create a tangy syrup, we have perfected the union of hickory with sweeter corn tasting notes.

Single barrel bourbon, aged at least 2 years.
