Our traditional Western Pennsylvania rye whiskey is made with local rye grown in the Monongahela valley. We carefully craft a high-rye mash bill consisting of un-malted rye, malted rye, yellow corn and an addition of a chocolate malted barley. The result is a surprisingly smooth and sweet finish for a traditionally spicy whiskey. Aged for at least 3 months in our small batch barrels.
