Our Spiced Apple Brandy is made from fresh, local Townsend Brothers cider. Carefully distilled in our 100 gallon copper pot still, the fermented apple cider is flavored with whole vanilla beans and a touch of natural cinnamon. The smooth, subtle finish makes a perfect holiday drink mixed with hot cider. Toast the season, toast the day, but disobey responsibly.
