2 oz Disobedient Spirits House Vodka
3 oz Cucumber Juice
.5 oz basil simple syrup
Splash lemon juice
Splash club soda

Mix sugar, water and angostura bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Drop in a cherry and an orange wedge. Muddle into a paste using a muddler or the back end of a spoon. Pour in whiskey, fill with ice cubes, stir, and disobey.
 


Huckleberry Gin

2 oz Disobedient Spirits House Gin
1 oz Elderflower liquor
Splash lime juice
Splash club soda

Mix Disobedient Spirits Blue Corn Vodka and sours mix in a glass filled with ice. Fill rest of glass with lemon lime soda and garnish with a lime wedge.

1.5 OZ DISOBEDIENT SPIRITS Premium VODKA
2 OZ SErrano Watermelon Syrup
.5 OZ cointreau
SPLASH Lime JUICE
 

Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a watermelon cube and lime wheel.

*Serrano Watermelon Syrup - Juice one small seedless watermelon. Combine 3 cups of the watermelon juice with 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp kosher salt, and 2-4 serrano peppers, cut in half length wise. Simmer until sugar is dissolved, plus about 10 minutes. At this point taste for heat level from peppers, and add more if you want to kick up the heat. When it's to your liking, strain out solids and cool syrup. Can be kept for up to 1 week.

2 OZ DISOBEDIENT SPIRITS Blue Dog Corn Whiskey
.5 OZ Cointreu
.25 OZ Marichino liquor
SPLASH LEMON JUICE
dash bitters

SHAKE ALL INGREDIENTS WELL WITH ICE. STRAIN OVER FRESH ICE AND GARNISH WITH a lemon peel.

*Named in honor of our owners and the father of bartending Jerry Thomas, the professor is a fun twist on the side car that is light, refreshing, and easy to make. 


When Life hands you lemons

1.5 OZ DISOBEDIENT SPIRITS HOUSE VODKA
.5 OZ Vanilla honey simple syrup
4 oz lemonade 

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice then strain over new ice or serve up. Garnish with lemon wheel.

*Honey Vanilla Syrup- Simmer 3 cups water, 1 cup high quality honey, and one opened and scraped vanilla bean. Strain solids, chill and keep cold for a week.
