1.5 OZ DISOBEDIENT SPIRITS Premium VODKA
2 OZ SErrano Watermelon Syrup
.5 OZ cointreau
SPLASH Lime JUICE
Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a watermelon cube and lime wheel.
*Serrano Watermelon Syrup - Juice one small seedless watermelon. Combine 3 cups of the watermelon juice with 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp kosher salt, and 2-4 serrano peppers, cut in half length wise. Simmer until sugar is dissolved, plus about 10 minutes. At this point taste for heat level from peppers, and add more if you want to kick up the heat. When it's to your liking, strain out solids and cool syrup. Can be kept for up to 1 week.
