1794 rye whiskey
This traditional Western Pennsylvania Rye whiskey is made with local rye grown in the Monongahela valley. We carefully craft a high-rye mash bill consisting of un-malted rye, malted rye, yellow corn and an addition of chocolate malted barley. The result is a surprisingly smooth and sweet finish for a traditionally spicy whiskey. Aged for at least 3? months in our small batch barrels.
Our most prominent founding father could never tell a lie, and neither can we. This stuff is delicious. Distilled from select white corn and rested in American oak barrels, our small batch whiskey is then flavored with premium dried tart cherries for a sweet and flavorful finish. We often describe it as a gateway spirit for those that don't usually have a taste for traditionally aged whiskeys.
Blue Dog Corn Whiskey
Made from triple distilled Hopi blue corn. Using only the flavorful tails from our small batch runs, this unique white whiskey is rich with flavor and a hint of sweetness allowing it to stand on its own.

Derived from Hopi blue corn, this vodka is distilled a minimum of seven times, giving it a naturally smooth quality with a hint of flavor and sweetness from a high sugar content grain.
A well balanced neutral-grain spirit, re-distilled and filtered in our 50 gallon still, this vodka is nearly flavorless and great for any occasion.
This used to be a seasonal spirit. It was too good to be limited. We introduce Andy's Own Maple Syrup to our house vodka. Best enjoyed on the rocks or in brunch cocktails, this favorite has a hint of sweetness and a simple taste of maple syrup.

solstice spiced apple brandy
Derived from local apples, this spirit is first aged in toasted oak barrels for one year. After harvesting, we introduce dried apple, whole vanilla beans, and cinnamon stick.
'nilla blues brandy
Local blueberries are used as a base to create this brandy. After distillation, we add dried blueberries and real vanilla bean to round it off.
HOODLEBUG NO. 11 PREMIUM GIN
Not your average gin. We dialed back the juniper, and combined a bright blend of rosemary, grapefruit peel, and white pepper to give this gin a truly unique tone.
We use a fresh and fragrant blend of select juniper, orange, and coriander to produce a smooth gin with a hint of citrus and crisp finish.
